We want you to love how you look. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns and exchanges work.
7-day return window
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange on ready-to-wear pieces. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags intact.
Ready-to-wear
Ready-to-wear kaftans and senator wear can be returned or exchanged within the 7-day window. Return delivery is arranged by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund or send your exchange.
Bespoke & made-to-measure
Because bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are cut to your exact measurements, they cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or differs from what was agreed. In those cases we will repair, remake or refund it — just reach out within 7 days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour? We accept exchanges within 7 days on ready-to-wear items, subject to availability.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover it fully — contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
